Today I spoke with Mr Hunter Beck about switching my auto policy to State Farm. This is usually a process that can be anxiety producing. I felt so comfortable with Hunter. He explained everything and allowed me to make informed choices about my coverage. I felt like was looking out for me and offering only the amount of coverage I needed. Hunter was kind and patient ; and let me know I could contact him as needed. What a great member of the organization.

So, I am currently with a different insurance company and my policy is VERY well priced. However, I received a call from Dalton today to quote an auto and renter's insurance policy in an attempt to save me money. My first response was no, but his laid back non pushy demeanor kept me on the phone. That was the first step that got me interested in the possibility of working with him. While going over my current policy and comparing, unfortunately, the quote was quite a bit more than my current policy. Inevitably, there was no change made. What is the biggest takeaway from my experience, on the other hand, was the level of professionalism, transparency, and plan for future communication in hopes to one day gain me as a customer.
