Sarah Sibadan: Allstate Insurance

I’ve been going to Sarah for years for my insurance needs both Auto and Home. She always looks out for her clients. I would not go anywhere else.

We have been w/Allstate for many years for insurance for 2 apartments and several cars. We started w/an agent who we met and knew, and she retired, but I feel that the level of service given the change of circumstances is still as personal as one could expect never having met an agent in person. They do a good follow-up and are responsive to any queries, so I wd recommend them, especially as their price structure for bundling is pretty competitive and having worked w/another car insurance company after an accident and being very disappointed, we hope and expect that they are more responsible in providing a better service. Sarah took over our account recently and has been very proactive and helpful.

My decision to switch my auto insurance was not due only to the cost savings, but the interaction, feedback and options presented to me by Sarah and her staff. I could have chosen another insurance company, but having a responsive person made the difference. This may or may not be true, but i felt like they were representing me and looking out for my best interest.

Very responsive and streamlined process. I felt taken care of every step of the way. Sarah is a joy to talk to and does everything to help with any uneasiness regarding your policy.
