Dream Team Corporation

This incident occurred in April 2024, but I’m posting now to share my experience. I was involved in a car accident with one of the company’s truck drivers, Gregorio. He was aggressive and threatening, repeatedly gesturing as if to hit me, while his father was present and telling me I couldn’t file a report and should just pay. They also pressured me to go to Mr. Figueroa’s office with them. Gregorio initially refused to provide insurance information, which was only given after calling his boss, Mr. Figueroa. The company’s handling of the situation was unprofessional and raises concerns about the types of employees they hire. I have video documentation of Gregorio’s behavior for reference. I would caution others regarding this company’s handling of incidents involving their drivers.

This has been the absolute worst tax experience I have ever had. He made huge errors in my tax returns and went completely ghost when I contact him about fixing these errors. This has resulted in mine and my daughter’s tax return being rejected. I never received copies of my tax returns either. It is really disheartening that I trusted him with my taxes just for him to leave in the dark with no response. I now don’t know what to do. Please avoid this unprofessional establishment at all costs. They used have great service but I am not sure what changed this year. Hopefully at some point I will be able hear back from him in regards to my taxes. My taxes were filed in early February and it is now June and I have not heard from him in regards to the status of my return:
