I just purchased a house in TX and needed to get home owner’s insurance. Dealing with several other companies over the last two weeks was very frustrating. After I contact Sarah Prejean : Allstate insurance team that frustration was relieved. They worked with me to insure I got what I needed at the price point that fit with in my budget. I was so impressed with the customer service I accepted the policy right away. That team truly cares about its customer and I felt their service went way beyond the just trying to get a sale. I would recommend them to anybody that is looking for insurance.

The Prejean Agency really cares about its customers, wholeheartedly. Any time I need anything the employees are happy to help. Their employees are very knowledgeable and efficient. I like having a local agent instead of dealing with an online company. I like getting a personal yearly insurance review because it allows me to completely understand my policies. I love the special attention the Prejean Agency gives to me. You can't put a price on excellentt customer service. I will be their customer for life.

They provided much needed assistance during Hurricane Harvey and always provide the best customer service every time I reach out to them.

Local service and agents are courteous and efficient. However, the one time that I called for roadside assistance, I was told there was no one in my area that could come out. Mike Prejean was great and very apologetic but the fact is that I found I could not count on the roadside assistance on my policy.
