Marcus Renfrow - State Farm Insurance Agent

I wanted so badly to write an excellent review. I hate writing bad reviews, so I've waited a long time to see if my issue would work itself out, but after over a year of waiting waiting waiting.... it had to be done. I have called in several times to increase plant and add some. Twice out of several attempts I was able to voice my needs and I was told I'd would be called back or emailed a quote. The first time was a year ago, the second d time was about 3 months ago. I've called to check in on my quote twice now ND both times I was told I would be called back. No phone call. However, I just received a text letting me know my auto-pay was schedule for the services I am already paying for. I've even tried transferring to a different agent, however, no one wants to "take" from someone else. I

I have three vehicles, zero turn, life insurance and house through them and have been very pleased with them. Any time I have filed any claims they have been very quick to respond. Any time I have gone into the place of business the staff has been very pleasant. Best insurance I have ever had.

The two times that I have been here to help a friend out by taking care of her business for her, they don't seem to know what's going on. They haven't a clue as to what needs to be done for the situation.

Great guy. Does what he says he will do. Takes care of his customers.
