Highly recommend avoiding these ladies. They never answer their phone or return any calls. Once I went over their head and contacted the corporate office they “followed up”. Even then they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked several times to speak to the agent Sandy Kessler. She never took the time to look into my issue or return any of my calls. Would go else where if you are looking for an agent that actually cares about the customer. I ended up having to call the corporate HQ and finally found someone that did help.

Nicole is wonderful. She's very knowledgeable and fast. Extremely polite and helpful. I'm pleased with my experience.
