I met with 3 other local insurance agencies in hopes of lowering our Homeowners Association annual liability insurance premium. Levi Sanders is the only agent that asked me specific questions about our current policy and coverage…no other agent even bothered or cared to ask a single question and 1 even refused to quote a policy for a Homeowners Association. Levi not only got us a reduced rate for more coverage, the coverage is written more specifically for a Homeowners Association. Our previous insurance carrier was charging us for coverage we didn’t need or for “standard” items that didn’t apply to our needs. Although our policy is just for liability, Levi treated us like we were his largest client.

Not only did Levi cost us alot more money then needed, he also didn't follow through with our home owners and we did not have insurance for 2 months!!!! He is never in the office and he didn't even have my name on the home owners insurance. He only had my husbands!!!! Now I am putting in alot of time trying to recover the funds he cost me when if he would've done his job I wouldn't have had to pay. Very upset with this so called agent! Beware!!!!!!! If you need an agent Micheal Long in Bedford has been very helpful in fixing this persons mess.
