I became a Shine Insurance customer in 2016, two or three years after it was founded. I have stayed with them for two reasons: (1) rates seem good and (2) excellent, responsive customer service from ALL Shine personnel that we have interacted with. Here's a recent experience: Someone backed a truck into our rental car while we were traveling out-of-state. The person who caused the accident seemed pleasant and polite and gave us (what seemed like!) relevant information. We took photos. I thought it was all taken care of. Then, Ms. Ella King, our account manager at Shine Insurance, informed me that the claim has come to my insurance company (West Bend), of whom Shine Insurance is an agent. Last Spring, I got into a pretty nasty accident when someone ran a red and t-boned my car, totaling it. Luckily for me, I had Shine on my side! They were very quick to help out, and worked hard to make sure I was fairly compensated for the wreck. Thanks Shine!
