My experience working with Jason on my claim has been extremely frustrating. Communication has been a major issue throughout the process. There were long periods where I received no responses to emails or calls, and his voicemail was consistently full, which made it impossible to leave messages. Currently going on 21 days with NO RESPONSE. Because of these communication delays, important parts of my claim remain unresolved months after the loss. This has created a lot of stress and uncertainty for my family.

My home insurance farmed me out to this company when our home was damaged. I was not impressed at all. They were slow to respond, low balled me on many things, and did not seem trustworthy and didn’t seem to be acting in my best interest as a homeowner.

My home was abandoned in November 2020 and with the freeze snap , the pipes burst and house got flooded. We were honestly devastated and didn’t have the means to fix it. With no hope we called our insurance , and they sent us Joseph Carlino. Best blessing we could of ever received. He has gone out his way to make sure my family and I are taken care of. Told me not to worry and he would do everything he could to help us and that is what he did. He turned a horrible situation into new beginning. We can’t be any more grateful to Joseph. I’d recommend him to anyone who is in need of help. You’ll be in good hands !

While calling to gain more information about the business since the sign said appraisals I was greeted by a rude lady on the phone I asked a question about if they do art appraisal I was asked who is this? Wrong answer to a new consumer where as my question was easily answered after I asked second time better phone ethicate is greatly appreciated if use another company for my insurance definitely not a share company.

This company is a joke. Not professional. Don’t answer phone calls/emails. They refuse to pay out. Better yet after job was completed, I never seen or heard from anyone again. Contractors beware. Don’t do work for them. And home owners don’t use them unless you have money to fight them in court
