Kimberly was extremely unhelpful and caused me to effectively cancel my policy after mere months. After working with her and giving her clear instructions, she disregarded them. I was never contacted and helped the way she assured we would be. And she unfortunately could not solve any of my issues, I had to call the insurance agency directly and sort it out myself. I would not recommend working with her to anyone I know (or don't know).

Everyone at Cross in Braintree has been very knowledgeable and professional. I never have a problem getting in touch with a customer rep and they work very well as a team. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

As a loyal customer for seven years—consistently paying my premiums in full each year—I have observed annual increases in my insurance costs. Despite these rising prices, I remained with the company until today, when I am compelled to terminate my policy. The primary reason for my decision stems from a recent accident in which I was side-swiped by another driver, resulting in damage to the rear quarter panel and bumper. Although I was found not at fault, I was required to pay a significant portion of the repair expenses out of my own pocket. The insurance provider assigned to me by your company, Arbella, only covered a fraction of the costs, citing the higher labor rates of the specialized body shop I selected. She goes above and beyond to help with getting new cars registered, navigating the process and getting insured at really competitive rates. I purchased a new car from out of state and Cindy got it on the road in MA immediately with ZERO headaches.
