I am not one to submit reviews, however, in this case I feel compelled to write. Back in February I spoke to Nicole, an agent at Elliot Whittier, about changing my car insurance when my policy was up the end of June. Before I could even call her as the time to switch grew closer, she was already on the phone with me with a new quote saving me $1100!! Not only that, she had all the paperwork out to me the next day!! That is what I call excellent customer service!! Thanks a million, Nicole, and tell your boss you deserve a raise!!!

This company is outstanding!! Nicole was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and she responded quickly. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and accurately. She met me at my car, properly masked for safety, and even kept me updated as to the registry runners progress! All in all an easy, painless experience. My boyfriend will be switching his policy over to Elliott Whitter very soon and I will recommend E.W. and Nicole from now on! Thank again!!

I’ve used them for years for my auto insurance needs and most recently sought guidance for purchasing homeowners insurance. My dedicated representative, Connie Parent, is so helpful! She responds immediately and will shop around to provide me with options and insight into savings and discounts. She really has helped guide me each year with whatever it is I need. I don’t know too much about insurance and coverage types but Connie is sure to explain the things I need to know and basically does the work for me! I recently needed a copy of my flood policy for my mortgage company and I got excellent and immediate service from Elliot Whittier Ins. Representatives Christine and Joyce. They responded to my request timely and provided me with the information I needed quickly. This on a day when many businesses are releasing employees to shelter in place, so naturally people are trying to get their own lives settled.
