Terrible insurance they gave me. It was hit and run and I was parked in a handicap parking and now I have to pay the deductible, an insurance company has only given $30 per day to rent a car, it is costing $45 no matter where you go and I have to pay $15 out of my pocket for weeks till my car is ready and I'm handicapped and then elderly woman, don't take Travelers Insurance from NY, and make sure you read everything before you sign with this particular new management at Circle insurance which is probably World insurance I can't even understand what they're trying to say when the message comes on it's all very deceiving and I don't trust them anymore. Please go to somebody else as your agent

I was with them for 10 years without any issue. The old crew retired and new person Wendy is awful , unprofessional with passive agrassive attitude. Every time we spoke to her she was extremely combative. Avoid at all cost

Terrible customer service. They don't have their customers interest in mind. Impossible to get them on the phone, you sit on hold until someone picks up then they put you back on hold. Horrible policies, they just take your money and you never hear from them. You'd think a small company would do more for its clients but they do NOTHING. If you're smart you'll shop around and if you have a policy with them you should compare your policy to other companies. I wish I shopped around sooner as their rates were so over the top. So many better companies who will actually look out for their clients best interest.....

I would never do business with any other insurance agency again. From myself through my kids - we have been incredibly impressed with the personalized service Circle has given us on every level.

I have been with them for over 40 years and have never had an issue. Plus I find the pricing fair.
