Got my car insurance through them but when I went to get house insurance it was like pulling teeth. I've had the same car insurance for 16 years by the way, without a claim. Can't even get Colton to give me a quote, It's been over a week since he said he'd get back with me as soon as my quote was finished. I went somewhere else.

I spoke with Dan 5/1/24 requested a quote for car insurance. He took all my information and told me he would give me a call back but I preferred that he sent me an email. I have not received a call or email yet. That is unprofessional.

Insurances kept going up. Not helpful with finding other insurance rates or even following thru. I found my own car insurance which was 700.00 less per year thru Liberty!!!
