Cathy (Customer Service Representative) -- was very patient, and knowledgable about the questions my wife and I had regarding my pension. Cathy, you were just great! Thank you again for all your help. BTW- knowing ME, don't be surprised if you get another call or two just in case. I'm afraid number and I don't mix well. So consider yourself warned. LOL! ;)

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of working with Michael regarding our current SAG-AFTRA health insurance coverage and Medicare. He was patient and listened to all our questions. He was not only professional, thorough, and efficient but also incredibly friendly. He took ownership of our needs, which, ultimately, gave us peace of mind. Thank you, Michael, you were great!

Just want to leave a wonderful review for Jacob who helped me with my SAG-AFTRA Health insurance issues! I was a bit panick as my insurance was terminated due to missed premium payment but Jacob went above and beyond by calling me back to resolve the issue one of time. I was able to resolve the matter, paid the premium online, and reinstated the insurance! Thanks Jacob!

I feel so lucky to have a pension plan through SAG. Their customer service is also wonderful. I called in with lots of questions today, and Donna was extra patient, kind, helpful and informative. My sincere thanks goes out to Donna and the Plan for providing this service!

I spoke with Donna a couple days ago and she was LOVELY! Super kind, super knowledgeable, and she helped me figure out my issue asap :) I hope I get her again next time i have to call!
