Caroline from Div 3 Insurance has been wonderful to deal with and very efficient. She handled ALL of my questions providing me with the needed data to help me determine what was best for my situation. She also gave me tips to be prepared in the future and explained some tips regarding tax benefits that I wasn't aware of. Very A to B which as a business owner I can appreciate. On top of this, she helped calm my nerves by getting me signed up at the last minute before the deadline. She's warm & friendly, professional and was extremely helpful.

Mark has proven quite knowledgeable about the field and has guided me to a very good match for my insurance needs. More importantly, when my daughter was admitted to hospital and she needed insurance information he responded in minutes, which immediately smoothed the lines in the hospital and let us focus on what was important. That level of service has kept me as his customer forever.

Mark & his team have always answered my questions and kept themselves completely available for me. His assistant Carolyne spent a lot of time with me, sorting out a confusing (and scarily big) claim, which was ultimately resolved, and I didn't have to pay anything.
