I wish I would have seen some of these review before I got. Involved with them, I went in on the 23rd of this month to make a payment and they told me I was canceled on the 23rd Safeway really, what's up with that and the funny part is I made my first payment on the 26th

Safeway insurance is one of the worst insurances to have they do not answer any calls and have the worst customer service especially Tony gamble he answers in a rude tone and they are not helpful at all and will draw out the process as long as possible worst insurance ever never get them

I’m so glad I don’t have this insurance company because they do not answer their phone calls whatsoever. One of your customers was in an accident with me back in November 2024 today is February 3, 2025 and I still haven’t received a phone call back or anything from you guys. I’ve left four voicemails and have not gotten a call back since this is ridiculous. All I’m trying to do is fix the damages that your customer inflicted on mine.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE HERE! They will not cover any damages and will always increase the price you have to pay! They won’t even replace a broken window without charging you an absurd price. Getting it done at a random auto shop is cheaper. Cecila was a horrible representative. Garbage company.

Don’t get insurance through this place. They will charge you every month and when a person under the policy gets in to an accident (hit and run , not at fault) they will deny your claim and leave you with car loan!! They are scamming people out of money. They do not care if you could’ve died. They will deny you
