Yall, I don't know why there are NEGATIVE reviews on here for this place of business, but there is nothing negative about this place! Mrs Pauline and her sons run that business, which belongs to her dad and these people are AMAZING! I came in at the last minute to get my Insurance on my car because it was gonna be in repossession by the end of the day and only so much on me at this time and Mrs Pauline was so amazingly helpful and went out of her way to help get this insurance today!! And I did! So thank you much to Mrs Pauline!! ❤️ and her son Mitchell, not knowing the process due to me already having cosmetic issues, he informed me how that works and wanted to make sure I was aware of the policy and I informed him that those cosmetic issues were already there and he said yes maam just wa

I wouldn’t recommend doing business here, we were in a struggle to find a good reliable insurance, we found this place, from the few times we spoke back & fourth, each time got worse. Very unprofessional & very unhelpful. They gave us nothing but the run around. I would definitely consider doing business some where else!

Very friendly staff. Better than average rates. Update: I went there today to add my truck and also added my niece to an existing policy. Great experience with professional people. Check them out if you're shopping for auto insurance, or insurance of any type!

BEWARE. truly had the worst customer service experience. i came in with a question on my policy’s payment fees, expressed my confusion and was met with anger and hostility. when i expressed to the agent, mitchell herring, that he was being rude and i did not appreciate it, he threw me out of the store. if you’re new to paying your own insurance or just like clarification on policies this location is NOT for you. customer service was a great help out of jackson! they gave me all the clarification i was looking for and have me set up to change store locations when my renewal hits in may. safeway has a great internal support system, but mitchell herring has ruined the east main location for me, personally.
