Let me tell you about Ms. Robin Adams. I was looking to obtain insurance for my Vehicle and was connected to Ms. Adams. We spoke about what I needed, I heard some key strokes as we were speaking a little time later she said, "I have what you need." So in my mind i'm saying, "here we go, another high quote that's not going to make any sense!" So Ms. Adams, hit me a number , and I got silent. Maybe she made a mistake! I didn't want to ask a question just in case it was, but I needed to make sure my coverage was correct. So I asked, "do you have this and this and this? "yes sir, all of that is included." I laughed as I grab my Credit card out of my wallet in a quickie to lock this rate in. A couple of seconds later, "Mr. Johnson check your email" which i did and there was my Cards, and binder
