Scott was very dishonorable, and I had conversed back and forth but I asked him By email to call me, because he misquoted me the policy, and the aftermath was I was ghosted due to his wrongdoings. Very lousy reputation and I would not rely or count on this establishment on any given day, simply AVOID At all costs. Use at your own discretion

Friday PM 4/18/24 AUTO INSURANCE Male employee pushed my wife away as a customer since her renewal wasn't until November. He didn't want any "extra" work that might occur before then. He was not quality and was very unpleasant. He thought she was alone. My wife stated correctly that changes mid-cycle happen all the time. He agreed and said he'd send her an email to begin the process. He never did. This was not just to avoid any work he "might not get paid for"; it was to disrespect her. Avoid this agency. They are not into doing work.
