It was more of a personal visit than anything else. I wanted to see how the company had changed under its new ownership and management structure. My business has been with Roblin for many years and with their predecessor, Maurice Savage for many years before that. I once had a picture of Maurice, and our former managers, at a Christmas party in a Waltham hotel from 1941. Since retiring, I wanted to check in to update myself of their progression.

I have had the opportunity to work with Roblin Insurance on both the personal lines & commercial side and they have delivered with fantastic service and excellent communication. I would recommend Roblin to anyone looking for insurance solutions.

I was with this company for a long time, but recently I found that counts for nothing, when you are looking for help with rates and customer service. In fact, their customer service consists of being rude to people and then expecting them to renew their insurance.

i am calling for last 2 weeks each and every day on one is answering the phone. when you need help no one is there when there is invoice to pay they keep calling you everyday

I have both personal and business accounts with Roblin. Nothing but excellent service and very easy to work with.
