Soooo happy to be back! How to switch to another provider due to cost after losing it due to an accident. I hope to never lose my coverage again The customer service is top-notch, reporting claims is a breeze. The portal never has an issue.. then working with people like Madison who is such a gem. She made the experience so wonderful so easy. I am just so thankful to be back.

Madison helped us with a new auto and home owners policy, she was easy to get in touch with, communicated extremely well and was very knowledgeable. What really made her stand out was, we needed to obtain a certificate of occupancy for our house to start the home owners policy. My wife and I had a baby 6 months ago so jumping through hoops and talking to multiple people over the phone was just not something I had energy for. Madison gladly stepped in to help me obtain the certificate and had us up and rolling in no time. Could not recommend her enough!
