John was very informative and helpful when I needed assistance in transitioning to Medicare Plan B and medigap plan after being laid off. He was great at explaining all the details that I was very lacking in understanding and providing guidance that helped me to be confident in my decisions, as well as understanding how everything, in general, works…. Which can be very intimidating and overwhelming. I am thankful that I was referred to John.

John was our insurance broker for mom who is on Medicare. We connected with him through the senior center in Katy by attending his presentation that helps seniors understand their insurance options. We are grateful that we had John’s help since we just moved to Texas and it’s a complete 180 difference with insurance options here. He was knowledgeable and very personable. We had a follow up appointment to sign Mom up for open enrollment as a new resident of Texas and are now connected with her primary physician for her care. We utilized Mr Rundlof for two years and sadly after this year, determined he was not the Medicare advisor for my mom. In both years, scheduling an appointment was difficult and he does not provide the necessary tools to correctly select a primary care physician, which is required when enrolling in a Medicare Advantage plan. He wants you to select a doctor whether or not they are right for you or the permanent physician.. He attempts to convince you what is right for him or others is good for you.. The first year he found her an adequate plan, however his appointment scheduling and enrollment processes were unacceptable.
