Allstate Insurance Agent: Cole Insurance Group

I tired to call them about my policy and all i get is the run around. They just want to say that all my problems are with Allstate. I tell them they are Allstate and that they should help me. They just put me off. No help from anyone. I try and call Mr. Cole but he is never in the office. No one should trust them at all.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but my experience with the Cole Agency has been extremely disappointing. They are by far the worst when it comes to returning calls or answering questions about your policy. Once you’re signed up, it becomes a real headache to get anyone to communicate with you. My homeowners policy became effective in October 2024. Despite repeatedly calling and emailing to have my policy declaration and proof of coverage forwarded to my mortgage company, I didn’t get any real assistance until February 25th — nearly three months later. It wasn’t until I finally got someone on the line that the matter was handled. Additionally, I called about my auto policy increasing by $100 a month. Claim on windshield replacement, don’t recommend this agency, statements from Cole, we not responsible for claims, however I purchased auto from this group, recently asked for assistant when sent to Safelite, Allstate’s partner to issue claim to replace windshield on Allstate’s website. Safelite pops up as Allstate service and scheduling agent on website. Allstate states on site using other companies will not be guaranteed. But Cole denied the statement exist and said we (Cole) don’t handle claims call Allstate, yet I did call Allstate - Cole, since my policy is with them and Safelite is where I was sent as their authorized glass company. Asking for assistant from agent due to Safelite failed to replace windshield and sensors properly. Safelite avoiding to fix after 10 days and 6 calls,

THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!, part of their service is that when you buy a home fire policy, they get your Texas Wind Storm Insurance since TWIA does not deal with home owners, they deal with insurance agencies only. This people from the Cole Group (AllState) did not pay any attention to the messages from my mortgage company where they were telling them over and over, that the Windstorm policy was expiring. The policy expired and I did not have coverage for a few weeks, I got hit with a $132 penalty from my mortgage company for the lapse of coverage. The guy in charge has got the guts to blame the lack of coverage on me, he has no shame in doing things like this to a customer.
