I have been with American Family Insurance about 25 years. They have all ways have help and make sure I'm understanding all my questions. Tessa is awesome and have helped me alot. But all of them are nice and helpful.

We have been with amfam for 10 years. Craig Hillman, then Keith Kipp. No issues. Then Samantha Ruiz takes over. We were moving and requested to insure both homes. Dropped the ball, and the home we were moving out of was NOT covered. Now autopsy’s seem to be a problem. Vehicles weren’t covered either. Come on! I don’t recommend them at all

I never know about insurances just because my lack of knowledge and understanding of it, but Tessa Rataczak was beyond great at explaining everything I needed to know, and any questions I had were definitely answered.
