I entered the office and I was greeted by Samantha Minor. She introduced me to her dog Sadie and then we were on to business. Samantha was very professional and made me feel I was choosing the right insurance company. I came back a few days later and Samantha was in office and accepted the offer. She let me know about an app that could help with getting a lower rate for my premium. She was very patient while explaining to me how the app worked and helping me set up the app best we could. My email is not on my phone so we could only get so far. The app is now completely installed. I look forward to working with Samantha and the State Farm company.
