Andrew Haas did a great job of searching for good, competitively priced insurance coverages for us when Secura withdrew from the residential market. In my opinion, we need to get quotes for insurance every 2-3 years to make sure that we have good coverage at a competitive price. This past year, due to Secura withdrawing from the market, we were forced to get the quotes in a tough market. Andrew did the work. And we switched the renewal time to a month that better fits our schedule. It's tough to review quotes, research and answer questionnaires and deal with renewals when we are traveling away from home.

R&R Insurance was a life saver for us! After a horrible experience with American Family, R&R found us a new carrier and we couldn't be happier. The cost savings was significant. R&R provides exceptional customer service, including timely communication. I would definitely use R&R Insurance again!

We have been with R&R for decades, home and auto insurance. Always been happy with the prices and the service. Just retired, and wasn't sure what to do about various Medicare plans. We could have spent many hours trying to figure this out ourselves, but instead we called and made an appointment with Liz, this is her specialty. She cut right to the point, had plans laid out for us that were the best deals available for us. If you are retiring soon, are an R&R customer, call Liz. If you are not an R&R customer, maybe you should be.

I originally Rated R&R on 8-26-25 poorly with the note below I have sent you and Acuity to emails with questions about the renewal of our insurance and until someone gets back to us with some answers you will continue to get a bad review from us. We used to think highly of your service but looks like that has changed. I would like to retract this rating above, looks like the person I dealt with from R&R in the past was no longer there and did not get my e-mail. An agent did get back to help me specifically Carissa Schmidt and after an exhaustive set of correspondences I got my questions answered and even upgraded some of my coverage. My wife and I have trusted R&R Ins for many years and Acuity Ins for 3 years now and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a high quality reason
