I would have to say been with this Company for many years my insurance kept going up and up. I kept asking the lady to see if there’s any cheaper insurance out there. Sometimes she return our phone calls sometimes she wouldn’t. I took I took initiative of myself and I called around insurance and I’m saving almost $200 dollars a month just from calling around and I got the same insurance cheaper better coverage. I wish they would take better care of their customers and actually work to keep our business. They didn’t even care that we canceled.

Extremely rude representative answered the phone. Not only did she have and attitude but hung up on me on top of that.
