My wife and I have been with Royal Insurance and have worked with Gina for nearly 10 years, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. This place is a joke, I call around looking for home insurance for my home and a guy Frank Bellows starts to help me out with a quote, I gave him all the required information that he needed to provide me with a quote, and he states it will take him a day or two to get it together, a couple days later I get a call from Frank with the quote and we discuss different add ons and what he valued my house at for the quote and i told him I am still getting quotes from other companies I will call you back, how long is this quote good for ? It's good for 30 days. Ok thank Frank, a couple days later my phone rings and Frank is using the old pressure tactic as I was going to throw your quote away because it's been on my desk a long time ( yeah ok , 3 days) what do you want to do? I ask about service l

I wish there is a 0 star because I am really pissed off. I purchased a homeowner insurance through Frank Bello, simply because my agent knows him. He is very unprofessional and irresponsible. After I spelled my name to him several times and emailed him my name, he entered it wrongly and said "I went by the email you sent me". I showed him the original email and he never apologized and said "the name is not important as long as the address is correct". I emailed him twice politely asking whether he can help change my name back (actually correcting his own mistake), he never got back, when I called after waiting several days, he said "don't bother me again". Never purchase anything from an irresponsible agent.

Frank at Royal Insurance Agency does a great job, went above and beyond to save me on my insurance premiums. The staff does an incredible job at returning calls in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service, got a nice discount with homeowners/auto policy. Always friendly and prompt whenever I have a question. Highly recommend.
