Roxanne Jackson - GEICO Insurance Agent

I started GEICO auto insurance last week with this agent. Everything was smooth even though they change premium increased. GEICO agent charged an amount on my credit card and later told me the amount changed, so need to use credit card again. I gave all details again and charged on my card. I noticed two charges but thought it would disappear as usual. Today after a week my extra charges still showing and went to talk agent. So rude welcome at front desk and waited 15 minutes since my agent was on phone. The clerk asked what issue I have and explained, the clerk told they got only correct amount.
