We had a very disappointing experience with this brokerage. We initially worked with Tiffany, but when our D&O policy expired, she was on extended leave. Instead of a smooth transition, Marc referred us to another agent, Gabby who immediately tried to push not only a D&O renewal, but also our liability and umbrella policies, even though those policies were not expiring for another 2 months. When I raised this concern, Marc said he would personally handle the matter. Unfortunately, the process became increasingly disorganized. He repeatedly asked for documents that a competent broker should be able to obtain or review without involving the board. This created unnecessary back and forth and wasted our time.
