After seeing the great reviews I decided it was time to shop out our home and auto insurance with Rosenwinkel. Best decision I have made in years! They have a wonderful group and everyone pitches in to get you the answers you need with a quick turn around time. They compared apples to apples and found us the best deal with even better coverage and saved us a ton of money!! And everyone is just so nice and helpful!!

Decided we needed an independent agent who had access to multiple companies after State Farm doubled Umbrella premium in 1 year due to their losses from California wildfires and Florida hurricanes. Unfair to Indiana residents, a tort reform state without these weather issues. Tami and Bethany were extremely attentive and worked very hard to meet our needs. Would strongly recommend.

Top notch exceptional customer service! I wish I could give 100 stars. Tami and Carrie assisted with a claim on my home. The agency went above and beyond to make sure my home and family were taken care of. Tami called and checked in with us the entire process and made sure everything was handled professionally in a timely manner. I am forever grateful for their assistance. We contacted Rosenwinkel Insurance because our current carrier kept raising our rates on both home and auto without any claims being filed. Their answer was the we could lower our coverages to save money. We went to Rosenwinkel because they were an independent agent, near our house and we recognized their name. The customer service we had with Joy and Tami was phenomenal. Tami made an error on our first quote and was very quick to correct it and apologize - in the end they saved us a little on homeowners (for better coverage) and several hundred dollars on our auto insurance. I would definitely recommend Rosenwinkel Insurance.

Ed and Tami have been my agents for about five years now. They've always been super helpful getting me the right amount of coverage I need. They've handled claims perfectly and found me a company with better pricing when my premium was too high. I would definitely recommend both the Crown Point and Hammond offices.
