Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance

First, I would like to thank Brenden for his great customer service and been very helpful. I joined Indiana Farm only a couple months ago but I have been impressed with their great service. My husband got in a minor car accident and Brenden called me right away to ask how we were. At that point I was not in the car so I was not even aware of anything till I got the call from Brenden. I was so impressed and pleased with how much care he showed. I had been with a different insurance for over 20 + years and I never felt as secure as I feel with this insurance. Used to be the best service ever, for over a decade I told any agent that solicited me, there is no way to replace the best! The service is terrible, no follow up, do not know how to quote any more, rude, will cost you huge expenses due to their over sight. Seriously this business needs to be closed, replace everyone and start all over. Indiana Farm Bureau corporate, their adjusters and agents have all drifted so far from what their mission used to be that I consider them all rogue and out of control. This agency needs to be reported to the authorities who ever governs them for unfair practice and unethical business practices.

I have been with Farm Bureau Insurance since 1972. I would not consider any other insurer regardless of price. They have always been fair and honest with me through good times and bad. The people here make me feel like family. My agent Mark Hardesty has always kept me well informed and has gone out of his way to find ways to save me money. When I had a claim Mary Scher made the process very painless and fair. She know I was upset about the accident and reassured me everything would be okay. She helped to make sure it was!

Very poor at returning calls.

I'm Not happy with the service after 8 years, they move at there owe pace. I feel they don't Appreciate their customers
