My first year was great. Emily took care of everything for my marketplace insurance. She was awesome. When she left it all went downhill for me. It didn't seem like anyone wanted to help me. I called them to make sure I was still in network for a Dr. Visit. They said yes you should be covered. Turns out I was no longer in network. The bill was $350.00. Just for a preventative visit. No blood work. Just visit. It would have been nice if they would have checked and made sure I was in network before my doctor visit but they didnt.
