The absolute WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever had to deal with. Whenever I have a simple question about our policies, it takes days, weeks and sometimes I NEVER get a response. I can't wait to get a new agent after the holidays. Mine won't even notice we've left, that's how attentive she is.

They were slow to get to us. After the adjuster came, they were quick to settle. And when a second problem came up they were quick to respond. Very pleased.

They've been harassing me for months about an accident I wasn't it. Threatening to sue for for almost 20grand if I don't prove to them that they pointed the finger at the wrong person when they could just as easily get the readily available information themselves from a phone call to the court house to see when it was removed from my registration. Instead they og ore my calls to them and refuse to call me back. Yet they threaten my house and we'll being. Tell me how that's okay for a company to do to an innocent person that did all paperwork right. Unregistered the vehicle, took it off insurance, and still is being threatened with suit because a company is lazy and chose to point the figure at the person instead of do the work themselves.
