Rosemary Butler - State Farm Insurance Agent

Disappointed in working with Rosemary-- would not recommend. I received little to no communication-- waiting weeks to get a reply, still no answers to questions I asked. She never explained package options or solutions that would save money Or properly ensure I was covered incase of an incident. Instead I've been overpaying for policies that were not applicable to me at all for months. Billing just goes up and up without any communication. Literally felt like she was doing the absolute bare minimum and wasting as much time as possible to get another billing cycle out of me. Rosemary was not a good neighbor--she was literally not even there!

It's unusual to find an insurance agent that takes care of customers every need. When I don't quite understand something Rosemary or her team make time to ensure I have the answers I need. They understand my policy needs and always find the match at a fair price. I count on them and they always deliver.

Carol Wilbur at the State Farm agency in New Milford (Rosemary Butler agent) was meticulous and thorough in her handling of a question regarding peer to peer renting of auto out of state. She adequately answered the question by reaching out to her underwriting department and emailed a copy of my auto policy with highlighted portions pertaining to my insurance question.

Washington Home Care llc here. Personal service means the world to us. This is not the least expensive insurance coverage apples to apples. We do our own analysis annually. 2025, once again, we chose Butler State Farm insurance.
