The agents at O’Brian Insurance went all out for me. My Homeowners premium nearly doubled this past year based on my town’s incorrect square footage listed for my property. Barbara Kulp at O’Brian’s successfully followed thru advocating on my behalf until she convinced the insurance company I deserved a large refund and premium reduction. Yes… i received the prized check in the mail.

These people play a ton of games. Buyer beware. When I questioned why my rates were so high, Brian replied with "that's just the way it is" " you won't be able to find insurance elsewhere". A person whom has never been in an accident and never filed an insurance claim can't find insurance, huh? I find that hard to believe. The scare tactics are ridiculous. The propaganda is unprofessional. I had an insurance policy that night for half the price. I recommend giving your hard earned dollars to a different company. And I have the emails to back all of this up.

They are very nice and quick. I got a good deal on a bundle on insurance. And still take care of you once you have insurance with them. I need some paper work later and they email all the documents that the bank wanted and other that they would have asked for at another time all at once. Saving me the headache later on. You are able to fill all the paperwork online, to get a new quote.

I have been working with this insurance company and the service has been better than 5 stars. I get great insurance coverage I want and at the same time get great service. I have asked a ton of questions and no matter how many I've asked they always answered them in the nicest and most professional way. I always feel like in making an informed decision.
