The worst agency in town! I went there to get a quota for my new car after my accident. The lady who talked to me was very rude and she refused to give me a quota because apparently they were too busy. It was 9am in the morning, office was empty and none of the owners were there, that is how busy they were. The lady just added my car to my current policy and was very annoyed by every question I asked. She told me that they would call me in two weeks to give me a quota. Two weeks! Well, it has been a month since then and still no call! I am taking my business elsewhere where customers are actually respected, valued and not kicked out of the office with the excuse of being too busy.
