I would highly recommend considering coverage elsewhere. Speaking as a 7+ yr loyal customer this agency (Clyde, Ms. Pearlee and staff) was always very friendly and nice to work with. They covered my home and auto. They were very nice, that's until I had to file a homeowners claim for my roof and privacy fence that was blown down in a series of bad storms (the news even reported the tropical storm rated wind gusts). When the adjustor came out I soon received a letter informing me that they wouldn't be covering my fence or roof. Shocked, I called the number listed and was advised that "although no rot was visibly discovered" the fence had to have rot already to blow over. REALLY??
