This is not the place to go for great customer service. I have been a long time client with several policies here. I called Steve to try to get insurance for a vacant house and had to make 2 more phone calls to track down the quote The Day Before the old policy was due to expire. I even talked to someone else in th office about the quote taking TWO WEEKS to get and they said, "Steve's the only person to talk to about that." I am paying $200 more per year to have the house insured with a company that gave me a same day quote and great customer service. Now I am looking into moving all of my policies. Make no mistake, Erie has great prices but lousy customer service.

Erie is the best insurance company on the market. Ive been with Rosasco & Yetter for over 20 years and they have always provided top-notch customer service. Donna and Nikki are super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help their clients. They have the best rates on the market. I ve never been able to find another insurance company to beat their rates. If you're looking for a great insurance company, Erie is the company to go with.

R&Y insurance agency provides services that are 5 star good. Personal service is the norm. If a client has a problem or question the office staff will find the answer for you. The agency will suggest a change of coverage even if the additional coverage costs more. This agency does look out for their clients in every aspect an insurance company can R&Y is an office of good people doing a good job …. for us!

At renewal time they provided extremely wise counsel helping us understand the risk vs cost of various coverage options. Their personal service is fantastic and I highly trust their professional expertise.

Wish I had read the one-star reviews on Google before doing business with Rosasco & Yetter Insurance Agency (Erie Car Insurance). I was a loyal customer, and I truly expected better treatment when it came time to cancel my policy. On May 20th, I called their office right after returning my tags at the DMV to cancel my car insurance. I spoke with Donna, who unfortunately did not provide anything close to quality customer service. Despite my long-standing relationship with the agency, there was no professionalism, no courtesy, and certainly no attempt to retain a departing customer or leave a good final impression.
