Rogers Insurance

Roger’s Insurance Agency is great! They are not only excellent at finding you a great rate but consistently friendly also, making the entire process a pleasure as they do the research for you and solve smoothly problems that arise! My insurance went up this time, and Rachel was wonderful in smoothly solving the problem in a timely way!! Roger’s has handled my insurance needs for several years, and I have been left satisfied and grateful!

Talked to the sweetest girl named Megan over the phone, answered all my questions! Really dumbed it down for me when I had a million and one questions:)

I know the claim has not been finalized however, I was greeted with kindness and respect when I entered Rogers Insurance this morning. Marissa was extremely helpful in starting the claim process that I was assisting a friend with. She gave me the outline of requested documents and even called me later in the day to follow up. Stay tuned for an update but as of today, I’m impressed with the process of how quickly and efficiently Marissa is handling this claim.

Used to be a great company, definitely has gone down hill the past 4 yrs. I had home and auto through them for 10 yrs and was treated like I did not mean anything. Over the past 4 yrs I had called in to be requoted as our insurance policies were going through the roof, kept sending me the same company quotes or just would not send them after multiple calls. Then when our teenager was going to get his license I asked to be quoted again and was told they could not quote it because he did not have his actual license (but did have his permit). Funny how that works because I called 2 other companies who were able to quote it without him having his license. After receiving a quote from the other companies I realized we were probably overpaying the whole time because it only cost us 50$ to add ou
