I have done business with Lester, Greene, McCord & Thoma Insurance for several years. They provide excellent service and go above and beyond to assist us with our insurance needs. I really enjoy working with their entire team! When I have a claim, question, or other insurance need, they make me feel like I am their top priority! Great customer care for their clients!

I asked for a particular person and wasn't able to speak to that person. They were off. But would call if they got a chance the next day is what the receptionist told me She wanted to help me but I told her I wanted to speak to the person that had helped me before. She was insisistant that she could help me That is not what I requested. I have been friends with John for years and I think he deserves to know this. I am certain he will correct this minor problem. My minor problem has been taken care of as I knew it would. Thanks John and staff for helping me with this minor problem.
