Roger Farris: Allstate Insurance

Honestly the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. Everybody is super sweet and they're very accommodating! Never been hassled, always understood. I've had to dely payment a few times and they took care of it with zero issue.

Pretty unreal. They sent my account to a collection agency over a $41 unpaid balance after I canceled my policies that I didn’t even know about. When I called them and asked why they didn’t call to let me know Before sending me to a credit collection agency they were extremely rude and told me that of course they didn’t have time to call their clients for things like that. awful

Contacted Mr. Farris's office when I learned my agent moved out of the area. His secretary/office manager emailed me a copy of my insurance card. Also asked for a letter to change my agent. I want to be represented locally. He agreed to be my new agent. Sent form this morning.
