OMG so God was watching over me last week. I was on Instagram and came across a representative from Cedar Grove Senior Health Solution who provided a short video on Medicare. I of course was reaching 65 in about a week. I was panicking. I joined the scheduled webinar listened to the lecture. I still had questions and per their guidance I seek out for a 1:1 session with Luke Ordogne a specialist on the Team. Man, he was very professional, knowledgeable, patience and helped me understand my options. Put my mind at rest. One stumbling block with Social Security but was able to jump that hurdle. Previously I post my thoughts about the service I received from this place. Well I was wrong. Everything in the beginning sounds and look good. They make you feel like we really got your back. Well, that is only a dog and pony show. In reality they lied completely through every stage of the process. They say we know the regulations and we'll up to date on them all. We been doing this for a long time. [ i am pretty sure they have that is why I was so easily deceive,.being that I have just turned 65. They took advantage of my like of knowledge concerning this. So, I warn those that's about to turn 65. DONOT, utilize this agency. Have you ever been told not to do something but you did it anyway and later on regretting it. Brandon was very helpful with my Medicare. He checked my doctors and medications and also explain the benefit of ancillary products for me that I had no idea about and thought were covered under Medicare. Their customer service has also been so helpful when I needed to find a doctor for my gout. Can't recommend this company enough!

John Montelepre gave me a call and let me tell you he is the best. He has worked on my enrollment to make sure I got what I needed for the past couple of months. He made sure all of my doctors and all my meds. would be covered before we decided who I would enroll with and that was a great feeling. I feel I am taken care of and I highly recommend this company and especially Mr. John Montelepre he is the best and so easy to talk to and explains everything so you understand what you getting.
