Our experience was extremely frustrating. She made a mess of our insurance enrollment and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. During our appointment, she signed us up through BeWell for coverage that was supposed to run from November 2025 through March 31, 2026. She also enrolled us in autopay during the appointment. However, she later told us that we were not signed up for autopay, which led us to start making manual payments. Because autopay was actually active, we ended up paying our insurance twice each month and now have to go through the process of getting reimbursed by the insurance company. To make matters worse, we recently received a letter stating that our insurance ended on February 28, 2026, even though it was supposed to continue through March 31, 2026. This entire situation
