I have been with Rodak for a little over six months now. My very first month I had not received any paperwork nor a statement (I think it was a mailing issue). I had received a cancellation warning though. I called in expecting the worst news because I was one week away from my paycheck. I was surprised when Rodak took full responsibility (even though I don’t believe it was their fault) and even paid my first month to avoid cancellation! Mind you, I still had to pay them back the following week. They are a business, not a charity. But I was sooooo happy that they took my problem and reached into their own pockets to help me out!
