Called for a quote on home and auto insurance. Was transferred to Joyce and she had quite an attitude. I was explaining that I am the primary person on an auto loan and there was a co-signer that would be the driver. Currently we are insured together through Allstate and she said he would need to get his own policy. It seemed to blow her mind that we were unmarried. If you can’t make this work and want my business I will gladly take it elsewhere but there is no reason for the sass.

I have never had an issue with anything. As soon as you call, they respond and sometimes more thoroughly than you’d ever expect. Exceptional service at great rates.
