I was unaware thst my auto payment had not gone through due to insufficient funds. When this came to my attention I called the office directly. I was told I need to call corporate directly and make a payment. I did so thinking all was right with the world. Apparently not. I failed to notice (due to my illness w COVID an life upsidedowness) that no payments were being taken once I was on my feet and look at my finances again I had been dropped. 4 years w the office and no heads up. No email or call. Just dropped. Apparently I should've called the local office after making the Ipayment w corporate. I would think that would have been automatically co.muni acted.
