Kevin was helpful navigating claim for our current plumbing issue. He also immediately suggested adding two very reasonable policies for plumbing leaks and service lines in and out of the house. Very good on his part! However, for PayneWest, I would have appreciated your company notifying us of such a policy when it’s available. Email, phone call, letters would have been helpful. Plumbing issues seem to be abundant in the Rogue Valley and we’re dealing with our second major repair in 18 months. My suggestion is that Payne West reach out to its customers with such policies when available ASAP. Thanks!

I’ve been a client of PayneWest for years and i have always had super positive experiences when I’ve had to file a claim. I live out in the county and have had a couple of encounters with deer hitting my car (thankfully, no injuries). The first was when I had my new Subaru Impreza for only a month or two. A deer came out of nowhere and crashed into the side of my new car! I received such prompt service and care from my Payne West team. Everyone was so helpful and professional and they really care ❤️.
