I need to provide an update on this review, we attempted to reach out several times in the past month with updates to our insurance coverage that we were seeking. Unfortunately we didn't get any followup or response. - - The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We felt well cared for along the entire process and are beyond pleased with our choice to place our insurance needs with Central Lakes Insurance. We particularly value the fact that the team is always looking out for us, including regularly checking rates to ensure we're never overpaying on insurance.

My company uses Central Lakes Insurance as one of their insurance providers. I have barraged them many times with requests and questions and they all have been very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and professional. I have no complaints and would recommend them for any insurance needs.
