John Hall is our agent and he is best. He helped my fiancé and I pick a carrier and policy for our first home and with this being the first time we have had to buy homeowner’s insurance, we really relied on his knowledge and expertise. We just recently came to him in a pinch needing a special insurance policy for our wedding venue in Canada and he had us taken care of in less than a day. I would very much recommend Advance Insurance Agency and John Hall!

I have worked with Ross and Sue at Advanced Insurance Agency for many years and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and expertise they have provided. They really take the time to explain the nuisances of our policy and to make sure that I not only have a policy that best covers my business but I am also getting the most competitive price. We recently had to file a claim and I’ve been through the claim process with other insurance agencies. Advanced Insurance Agency far excided expectations. After first verifying that everyone was safe they then took the time to explain my options. Now that I have met Andrew Larson I know that my needs with be fulfilled for many years to come. They will take your money quick but if you have to use the insurance they are in no hurry at all . I had to go 80 miles because they wouldn't get the police report. They said they couldn't.? Mmm first insurance agent I know of that couldn't get a accident report more like didn't, wouldn't. There is much more to this incident that gives more reason to not do business with these people. If you want an agency that will do what you pay for DO NOT come to this place !!!!

Evan was very helpful and personable. He helped guide me through the tricky insurance language. Then, Jeff helped with my husband's insurance. I couldn't have done it without these men.
